Your Business Matters Limited was founded in 2000 and is led by Stephen Pauley. We specialise in people, team and organisational development. This encompasses coaching, management and leadership development.
The people who work at Your Business Matters are passionate about the development and well being of people and their organisations/workplaces. We actively seek to create supportive sustainable learning environments where people gain confidence, the courage to thrive and are motivated to take action. In the past 10 years we have worked with thousands of individuals in both public and private sector organisations. We have developed ongoing relationships and undertaken assignments for a broad and diverse mix of clients ranging from small business owners/individuals through to organisations that include Asda, Care Quality Commission, Citigroup, Commission for Social Care Inspectorate, Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, Glaxo SmithKline, Cambridge University Colleges, T-Mobile and Zurich Insurance.
