Your Business Matters Limited was founded in 2000 and is led by Stephen Pauley.
We specialise in developing leaders, managers and teams and provide one to one coaching and interactive development workshops. We are accredited to work with a range of psychometric and behaviour profiling tools and offer "open workshops" that are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management for people looking to gain a coaching qualification.

This ensures that the training makes a positive difference and is not just a tick box exercise.
