Stephen is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who has worked independently since 2000 and has led workshops internationally for businesses and private individuals.
He has Irrepressible enthusiasm for helping others to realise their potential, inspiring people to be the best they can be and achieve results. He enjoys the challenge of supporting individuals to continuously improve, to stretch and perform outside their limits.
Stephen is a fully licensed user of a range of psychometric and behavioural profiling tools including Facet 5, Insights, Intercept, DISC and Belbin. He is a NLP Business and Master practitioner.
Stephen’s background is in the financial services industry in the UK where he enjoyed a successful 18 year career with a leading Corporate Bank. During his time with the Bank he had Leadership responsibility for a team and led and motivated them to reach stretching organisational and personal objectives.
Stephen is comfortable working one to one with all levels of Leadership and Management, running team and management development workshops. He has been asked to speak and facilitate at large conferences. He is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management to teach and help people to gain a coaching skills qualification.
He has undertaken assignments in private, public and third sectors across a broad spectrum including Accountancy, Charities, Telecommunications, Legal, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Publishing, Solicitors, Retail, Estate Agency, Banking and Government agencies. Existing and past clients include ASDA, Cambridge University, Care Quality Commission, Citigroup, Commission for Social Care Inspectorate, Glaxo SmithKline, The Samaritans and T Mobile.
Stephen is passionate about helping people to develop and his personal interest and study of positive psychology helps clients who want to develop a positive mindset and attitude, an energised working environment and deliver sustainable results.
His commercial awareness and acumen, knowledge and experience combined with excellent people skills provide a powerful and unique blend for those who desire successful outcomes and want to discover and use more of their potential and key talents.
